So, remember those rumored Luis Bunuel films to be released by Lionsgate? Well, it looks like they're on for 2 September. Well, at least La ilusión viaja en tranvía and Nazarín. They'll be available together for 9.98, and I suspect the transfers will be sub-par. Let me know if you hear of anything further.

Something isn't right here. Why is Lionsgate now assuming English speaking Americans aren't interested in Bunuel.

ReplyDeleteHuh, very strange. Lionsgate seems to have gotten their act together lately, so I hope at least the transfers will be decent. But really, Mexican Bunuel is so elusive that I have to agree with flickhead -- I'll take it anyway.
