So, remember those rumored Luis Bunuel films to be released by Lionsgate? Well, it looks like they're on for 2 September. Well, at least La ilusión viaja en tranvía and Nazarín. They'll be available together for 9.98, and I suspect the transfers will be sub-par. Let me know if you hear of anything further.

Something isn't right here. Why is Lionsgate now assuming English speaking Americans aren't interested in Bunuel.
Also, I thought I saw a third Bunuel title being released as well. A double feature with a generic Mexican film.
I don't understand this either.

Huh, very strange. Lionsgate seems to have gotten their act together lately, so I hope at least the transfers will be decent. But really, Mexican Bunuel is so elusive that I have to agree with flickhead -- I'll take it anyway.
