That is the hope. New Yorker was never really able to make the transfer from VHS to DVD, and while I'm very saddened by the news, one can only hope that someone who knows how to clean-up a transfer will get hold of the many masterpieces New Yorker released throughout the years.

oh wow, that's incredible. Hopefully their library will go to a company more capable of releasing DVDs with decent transfers.
